• Helped O'Dea High School to a 12-1 record his senior season. The Fighting Irish finished as the No. 2 team in the state of Washington. O'Dea finished as runner up for the state title at 3A
• Named the 3A Metro Mountain Division Offensive Lineman of the Year as a senior. Selected to the Division's First Team, while also being recognized for All-Area and All-State
• As a junior, helped O'Dea to a 13-1 record and No. 6 ranking in Washington. Named first-team all-league
• Has also lettered in track and field, in the shot put and the discus
• Intends to study mechanical engineering at Oregon State. Would like to become an engineer after his playing career
• Chose Oregon State "because I felt at home the minute I walked on campus and the coaching staff made me feel like family."
