The Beavers hit .318 in the win
MOSCOW, Idaho – Lanesha Reagan and Lila each finished with 14 kills as the Oregon State volleyball team swept Tennessee Tech Thursday night at Memorial Gym.
Â
Set scores were 25-10, 25-12 and 25-22.
Â

Â

Â
Reagan added eight digs and three blocks while Toner finished with four digs and three blocks for Oregon State, which improved to 5-4 this season. The Beavers are 4-1 in matches that last only three sets.
Â
Mary-Kate Marshall finished with eight kills and Shalom Ifeanyi came off the bench to register four.
Â
Kayla Ellis led an Oregon State defense that recorded 50 digs to 44 for Tennessee Tech. She finished with a team-high 16.
Â
Serena Bruin, meanwhile, led the Beavers' defense at the net. She finished with a team-best six blocks as Oregon State finished with 10 on the night. The Golden Eagles (4-7 overall) finished with two.
Â
The first two sets were all Oregon State with the lead changing hands just once. The Beavers finished with a .467 attack percentage in set one, followed by a .400 mark in set two.
Â
The third and final set was more of a seesaw battle, however, as the lead changed nine times. Oregon State found itself down 21-19, but three straight kills from Reagan and Toner – two – put the Beavers up by one. Tennessee Tech managed to tie the score at 19, but Toner's 14th kill, a block from Bruin and McKenna Hollingsworth and a Golden Eagles' attack error gave the Beavers the win.
Â
Oregon State concludes its trip to Idaho and non-conference regular season action with a pair of matches Friday at Memorial Gym. The Beavers take on Wyoming at 10 a.m. PT before playing host Idaho at 7 p.m. Links to live stats and live video can be found by visiting OSUBeavers.com.
