Beavers Finish Non-Conference Slate This Weekend

OSU will host Portland and San Diego
THIS WEEKEND
• The Beavers will return to Paul Lorenz Field this weekend and host a pair of West Coast Conference opponents.
• OSU will face Portland on Friday night starting at 7 p.m.
• The Beavers will close their non-conference schedule playing San Diego on Sunday with a 1 p.m., start.
UP NEXT
• The Beavers will start their Pac-12 Conference schedule on Friday, Sept. 23, as they travel to #21 California for a 3:00 p.m., match that will be broadcast on Pac-12 Networks.

A WIN ON FRIDAY WOULD • Be the 242nd win in program history. • Be the Beavers fourth win of the season and third at Paul Lorenz Field. • Be OSU's fourth win against Portland (28th meeting). • Be the Beavers second win against Portland at home (11th time). • Be HC Linus Rhode's third win over Portland. SERIES HISTORY • Sunday's match will mark the fourth meeting between Oregon State and San Diego. • The two teams hold a 1-1-1 record in a series that started back in 1996. • Oregon State suffered a 4-0 loss in the series opener. • Since the opener, OSU recorded a 2-1 victory in overtime in 2001 and marked a scoreless tied in 2003.
